R. Riveter (As Seen on Shark Tank)
R. Riveter needed comprehensive digital marketing management and strategic preparation for their appearance on ABC's Shark Tank. They required a robust website to handle increased traffic, an efficient customer service protocol, and consistent management of digital communications and social media. Additionally, they needed a strong brand voice and effective post-airing strategies to capitalize on their deal with Mark Cuban.
The plan: I was brought on to manage all aspects of digital marketing for R. Riveter leading up to their Shark Tank appearance. I fortified the website to handle the anticipated surge in traffic and monitored it during the airing. I developed a customer service protocol to manage the influx, handled all customer email correspondence, and managed social media and graphic design. I created the distinctive voice of R. Riveter, launching a blog to share inspiring stories of military spouses employed by the company.
Following their successful $200k deal with Mark Cuban, I collaborated with Mark Cuban Companies to expand the company’s digital footprint. This involved building customer service funnels on the website and maintaining a responsive social media campaign. Additionally, I played a significant role in establishing their secondary location in Maryland, ensuring a seamless expansion. This multi-faceted approach significantly enhanced R. Riveter’s digital presence and operational capacity, contributing to their growth and success.
