First Lady Jill Biden’s Annual Spring Luncheon Program

The Office of the First Lady required a program for Jill Biden’s annual spring luncheon that was both creative and structured. The program needed to stand out while adhering to traditional guidelines established in previous years. Precise coordination with the office and the printer was crucial to ensure a flawless final product.

The plan: Given the luncheon’s theme, I designed a program that balanced creativity with structure, ensuring it adhered to traditional guidelines while capturing attention. I collaborated closely with the Office of the First Lady, fine-tuning the design to meet their exacting standards. Once the design was perfected, I worked with the printer to guarantee a high-quality print job and ensured timely delivery before the event. This meticulous process resulted in a standout program that honored the luncheon’s legacy and met the high expectations of the First Lady’s office.
