Old Town Festival of Speed & Style

Project Overview: The Old Town Festival of Speed and Style is a community-driven event celebrating automotive excellence and fashion. My task was to create a brand identity that captured the dynamic energy of the festival while reflecting its upscale, stylish nature.

Design Strategy: The font was chosen to convey motion and progression, symbolizing the speed aspect of the festival. The design aimed to create a sense of forward momentum, echoing the high-energy vibe of the event. The palette of white, black, red, and a chrome gradient was selected to evoke a sense of luxury and sophistication with white representing clarity and modernity, black symbolizing elegance and power, red adding a bold, energetic contrast that embodies the thrill of speed, and a chrome gradient introduced to mimic the gleaming finishes of high-end automobiles, tying the design back to the festival’s automotive focus.

Community Impact: The branding was designed not just to attract attendees but to unify the community around a shared passion for speed, style, and craftsmanship. By incorporating elements that resonate with both car enthusiasts and fashion aficionados, the design created a cohesive identity that appealed to a broad audience, enhancing the festival's presence in the community.
